From Where and How do you ship items?
All items will arrive safely to your destination from our warehouses and distributors located in different parts of the world. Packages arriving from China will be delivered and shipped via ePacket or EMS or China mail service as per the weight and size of the items. Packages shipped from the U.S warehouse are delivered and shipping via USPS or FedEx depending up on the accessibility and reach of our delivery partners.
What about customs?
Unfortunately, we can’t handle custom fees once the item is sold and shipped from our warehouse. It is the customer’s responsibility and duty to pay the custom fees if levied up on certain items when the products arrive to your country. We request you to check your country’s customs policy before ordering the product.

Do you provide tracking information?

My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
If the shipping companies didn’t update their back end system, you may see this information. It usually takes 2-5 business days for the tracking info to be updated on the system. If in any case even after 7 days there is no information about the tracking code, please contact us immediately.
I have ordered multiple products, will it arrive in one package?
In some cases, multiple items purchased in the same order will be sent in separate packages to avoid higher shipping charges. In addition to this, in some cases small items don’t attract customs duty so in order to help and serve and save you money we may send items in separate packages.
