If the item(s) are not received without a stipulated period of time you can raise a refund or reshipment request
If you have received the item(s) that is broken, tampered or not in a working condition
For some reasons you don’t like the item, you can ask for refund and in this case, you must send the item back to our address at your expense and the item shouldn’t have been used and it must be in the same packaging and condition.

If you refund is approved, then the refund amount will be automatically credited to the same mode of payment through which you made a purchase, within 20-30 business days
I want to cancel or modify my order, how to proceed?
You are free to cancel/modify the order within 24 hours from the time of purchase, but if the item(s) are shipped from our warehouse, then cancellation or modification is not possible.
Unfortunately we don’t have an exchange policy due to logistics reason as we.
We kindly request you not to send us the product back without getting an authorisation and written email from us.
